Alison and Kit organised a pub quiz for us in our usual meeting place, Clarks on Lindsay Street. Questions ranged over sport, history, geography, film, science and more and included a test of our ability to recognise land masses, famous faces, and a visual reference to a particularly notorious incident...
KerPlunk: the ultimate tie-breaker (James Simpkins)
The quiz was won by the confidently-named team "The Committee Didn't Fix This" who, out of the goodness of their hearts, donated their winnings towards buying everyone a shot.

And the tension of the KerPlunk tie-breaker to determine 2nd and 3rd place was the perfect excuse for a stiff drink! Ultimately, second place went to Legs Akimbo, and third to Scrambled Eggheads.
